I’m excited to get started working with Michael Kelley Law Offices in regards to my motor vehicle accident that just happened earlier this week. I was recommended to them by a family member who had a great experience and great things to say. I called the office this morning and had left a voicemail, but within a few hours I received a call back to go over a free consultation. Once I provided the information necessary, I was assured they could assist and would be in touch to do so as soon as possible with next steps. On December 22nd 2023 I was hit by a man speeding away from police in stolen rental car who ran a red light at CONGRESS & PURCHASE. I immediately contacted a local personal injury law office. (We will call this law office FRAGILE LAW for privacy purposes) A solid year went by of being almost completely ignored by the FAGILE LAW OFFICES. No help, I had to literally call them every couple of months to ask about the status of my case. It was absolutely terrible and I felt hopeless about getting any compensation for my injuries let alone loss of income because I had to quit my job. I found myself complaining about my lawyers to Ms. Dill of Michael Kelley injury lawyer a year later (December 2024). Ms. Dill handed me her card and said “send me everything you got”. Mind you not one law office in BOSTON would take my case and save me from FRAGILE LAW OFFICES. With in days MICHAEL KELLY LAW OFFICE had me signed up in CASE STATUS APP with notifications monthly on the progress of my case. I can’t recall how many different staff of MICHAEL KELLY law office were notifying about my case. MICHAEL KELLYs team gathered all medical information and did everything they could to close my case with in 7 months. This may seem like a common review. It is not. It’s a warning that when you’re injured in a car crash there are law offices who will leave you high and dry while you’re injured and unemployed. If it wasn’t for MICHAEL KELLYs office and Ms. Kenzie Dill taking my situation seriously I would not be back on my feet. Please don’t risk your financial wealth and physical health on any one else. THREE DAYS AFTER MICHAEL KELLY CLOSED MY LAW SUIT I WAS STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE… I’m glad I had MICHAEL KELLY TO CALL.
